What to Include in Your Support Request

To help me assist you more quickly, please provide:

    • AI model being used
  2. The problem:

    • What you were trying to do
    • What happened instead
    • Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Screenshots or logs (if applicable):

    • Error messages
    • Settings screenshots
    • Log files (see below for how to find them)

How to Find Log Files

Log files contain detailed information about what the application is doing and can be crucial for diagnosing issues.

Windows:

Log files are stored in:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\knowii-voice-ai\logs\

Replace <username> with your Windows username.

Quick Access: Press Win + R, type %APPDATA%\knowii-voice-ai\logs, and press Enter.

Look for files with .log extension in the logs folder. When reporting an issue, please include the most recent log files.
