Quick Start​

  1. Download Knowii Voice AI from your Gumroad Library or from the Knowii Community website, depending on where you bought it from
  2. Install and launch the application
  3. Download your first AI transcription model (the first-time setup wizard will guide you through this)
  4. Press and hold Ctrl+Space to record your voice (wait for the sound notification to finish before speaking)
  5. Release to transcribe and automatically paste the text

Key Features​

Transcribes Your Files Too​

Drop audio or video files onto the window (meeting recordings, interviews, podcasts) and they land in your history as text. Batch several at once from the tray, or use the bundled transcribe CLI for subtitles and whole folders from the terminal. See File Transcription.

Runs Quietly in Background​

Lives in your system tray (near the clock). No window cluttering your screen. Always ready when you need it. Right-click the tray icon to access settings and features. It scales from a 13" laptop to an ultrawide, and stays out of your way on both.

Audio and Corrections​
